UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS AND LAND ACQUISITION INFORMATION FOR OCTOBER 2021

UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Seazen Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) is pleased to announce that in October 2021, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB22.102 billion, and contracted sales area of approximately 2,489,900 sq.m.

The aggregate contracted sales from January to October 2021 amounted to approximately RMB192.911 billion. The aggregate sales area was approximately 18,829,900 sq.m.

The sales data as disclosed above is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information.
