Seaway 7 ASA - Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to remove the shares of Seaway 7 ASA from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Rule Book II Oslo section 3.17.2 (2), Oslo Børs has on 10 May 2023 made the following resolution:

«The shares of Seaway 7 ASA are removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of 12 May 2023.

The last day of trading will be 11 May 2023. »
