Oslo – 31 March 2023 – The Annual General Meeting of Seaway 7 ASA will be held on 14 April 2023, at 14:00 hours (CEST). The notice to the Annual General Meeting and appendices is enclosed and will be available at www.seaway7.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held electronically through Lumi. To attend the virtual general meeting, please use the following link: web.lumiagm.com/131223911. Reference and PIN codes required for the meeting are available on VPS Investor Services (www.euronextvps.no), or on the proxy form sent to the individual shareholders together with the notice for the Annual General Meeting. Please refer to the guide attached to the notice for further information regarding virtual participation.

Shareholders may also submit a proxy for the Annual General Meeting. The proxy form must be received by 13 April 2023 at 16:00 hours (CEST), please see the proxy forms attached to the notice for further information.
