Pursuant to Regulation 24(A) and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. February 20, 2025, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Pramod Kothari & Co., Practising Company Secretaries, Certificate of Practice No. 11532, Peer Review Certificate No. 6701/2025 as Secretarial Auditor, with effect from April 1, 2025, for a period of 5 years and fix their remuneration, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
