April 1, 2023, for the purpose of audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31 March, 2023, along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed till 48 hours after the announcement /declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31 March, 2023.
