Mr. Ihab J.M. Massoud resigned from the Board of Directors of Teekay GP L.L.C. (the General Partner ), the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P., effective September 14, 2012. Following Mr. Massoud’s resignation, Mr. Kenneth Hvid resigned from the General Partner’s Board effective September 18, 2012 to allow the Board to maintain a majority of independent directors.
