Sub: Intimation of Purchase of Vessel “CHENNAI VALARACHI” by SEARETE INDIA IFSC PRIVATE LIMITED (“SEARETE”) and Deployment on Bareboat Charter

Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to our Letter No. SEAMEC/BSE&NSE/FINALCERTREGISSEARETE/SMO/0506/2025, we wish to inform you that SEARETE INDIA IFSC PRIVATE LIMITED (“the Buyer”), a joint venture company by Seamec International FZE, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired the vessel “CHENNAI VALARCHI” having IMO No. 9279537 from The India Cements Limited (“the Seller”) on Monday, June 16, 2025 at a cost of USD 7,875,000 (United States Dollar Seven Million Eight Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand Only).

Upon completion of acquisition, the vessel was put on bareboat charter with M/s FORESEE SHIPPING IFSC PRIVATE LIMITED, GIFT City, Gujarat, India for a period of 42 months at a charter hire rate of USD 7,156/ day.

The total charter hire for the period of 42 months is about USD 9.15 million.

The information is received by the Company on June 17, 2025, at 11:39 hours.
