Dear Sir / Madam,

We wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Bimco Charter Party with M/s. Larsen & Toubro Limited for Charter Hire of our Barge “SEAMEC GLORIOUS” for working in Mumbai High & West Coat Offshore for carrying out jobs related to offshore accommodation and hook-up work barge & Support for Project of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).

The firm period of Charter is for 150 days with option for extension. The charter to commence within the window period of 1[st] October 2025 to 30[th] October 2025.

The total value of the contract is Rs. 28, 85,62,500, exclusive of GST.

Pursuant to Clause 5 and Clause 4 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023, we enclose herewith the requisite details in respect of the said Bimco Charter Party Agreement entered between SEAMEC LIMITED and M/s. Larsen & Toubro Limited in the prescribed ANNEXURES
