We wish to inform that SEAMEC UK Investments Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated two new subsidiaries under the name and style of “Fountain House 74 Limited” and “Fountain House 84 Limited” in London, UK.

The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed herewith as an Annexure.
