This is to inform you that Seamec International FZE, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has purchased a Bulk Carrier named as "OCEAN FAVOUR" (IMO: 9185798) on August 06, 2019 in Hongkong.

The bulk carrier is registered under Panama Flag.

Immediately on its acquisition, the bulk carrier has been deployed on a long-term bareboat charter for a period of 4 years with United Marine Inc., Liberia.
