Sub: Clarification in respect of the Profile of our Independent Director attached to our intimation on Outcome of Board Meeting held on October 4, 2021

Dear Sir / Madam,

This has reference to our letter no. SEAMEC/NSE/SMO/0410/2021 dated October 4, 2021, intimating on outcome of board meeting with respect to appointment of Dr. Sangeeta Pandit as an Additional Director designated as Independent Woman Director.

We wish to provide the following corrections/clarifications relating to the profile of Dr. Sangeeta Pandit attached as Annexure A to the intimation.

1. Her experience as Chartered Accountant is for over 20 years as stated. It was for a period of 20 years as an employee, then another six and half years as a Partner of P.D. Kunte & Co., Chartered Accountants which was subsequently merged with CNK Associates. Dr. Sangeeta Pandit has not been associated with CNK Associates after such merger.

2. We also wish to clarify that, Dr. Sangeeta Pandit has successfully cleared the online selfassessment test conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. However, by virtue of her professional experience, she is exempted from undertaking the examination.

We request that the above clarifications be read in conjunction with our letter under reference which now stands clarified and corrected.
