Joachim Berner has informed the nomination committee that he declines re-election as Chairman of the board at Seafire. Based on this, the nomination committee intends to propose re-election of Anders Hillerborg, Marcus Söderberg and Stina Wollenius together with election of Sonny Mirborn for the period until the next AGM. In addition, the nomination committee's updated proposal includes Anders Hillerborg to be elected as Chairman of the board. An updated presentation of the nomination committee's work and proposal in addition to the reasoned statement will be published on www.seafireab.com
"We thank Joachim for his long commitment as Chairman of Seafire, and especially for his contribution to the recently completed recruitment process of a new CEO." says Daniel Albin, Chairman of the nomination committee.
"Now that the recruitment of a new CEO has been completed and the company's situation has stabilized, I feel that it is a good time for me to leave Seafire. I would like to thank everyone at Seafire and wish the company the best of luck in the future," says Joachim Berner.
