RE: Appendix 3B Options Lapse

We wish to advise that 1,580,000 Unlisted Options due to expire on 30 November 2012 (an issue to staff) and 4,500,000 Unlisted Options (an issue to non-executive directors) due to expire on 2 December 2012 have lapsed unexercised.

This change will be reflected in the next Appendix 3B when shares are allotted.
