Retirement of Director

Seafarms Group Limited (ASX:SFG) ( Seafarms or the Company ) advises that Mr Paul Favretto will not stand for re-election at the AGM to be held on 28[th] January 2022 and hence will retire as a Director of Seafarms Group as of the close of meeting on that date.

The Board of Seafarms would like to acknowledge the contribution Mr Favretto has made over many years and wish him well for the future.
