Seadrill Limited – Disclosure of large shareholdings

Following and as a result of the merger between Seadrill Limited (Seadrill") and Aquadrill LLC on 3 April 2023, an entity managed by Sculptor Capital LP ("Sculptor") holds 4,961,562 shares in Seadrill, corresponding to approximately 6.21% of the total share capital and voting rights in Seadrill, and thus crossed the 5% threshold for disclosure of large shareholdings.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
