11 July 2023: Støperigata Holding AS (the “Vendor”) has today sold 4,000,000 shares in Seadrill Limited (the “Company”), representing 5.01% of the share capital and votes in the Company at a price of NOK 425 per share for a total transaction size of NOK 1,700 million (the “Transaction”).

Following completion of the Transaction, the Vendor holds no shares in the Company.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Arctic Securities AS acted as financial advisers and joint bookrunners in connection with the Transaction.
