Seadrill Limited – Completed sale of shares in Seadrill Limited

17 August 2023: DNB Bank ASA (the “Seller”) successfully sold 1,000,000 shares in Seadrill Limited (the “Company”) to a limited number of Norwegian and international institutional investors yesterday. The share sale is equal to approx. 1.25% of the outstanding shares in the Company.

Following the share sale, the Seller holds 1,433,142 shares in the Company (equal to approx. 1.79% of the outstanding shares).

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the transaction.
