Seadrill Limited – Disclosure of large shareholdings

Export Finance Norway ("Eksfin"), has on 28.4.2022 sold 8 829 997 shares in Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill") to Støperigata Holding AS, representing approximately 17,659994 % of the total share capital in Seadrill, at a price of NOK 330,- per share. Støperigata Holding AS is controlled by Export Finance Norway.

Following the transaction, the shareholders have passed the following disclosure thresholds pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act:

– Eksfin holds nil shares in Seadrill, representing nil % of the total number of shares and votes in Seadrill, and has thereby fallen below the 5% threshold; and

– Støperigata Holding AS holds 8 829 997 shares in Seadrill, representing 17,659994 % of the total number of shares and votes in Seadrill, and has thereby reached the 15% threshold.

Neither Eksfin nor Støperigata Holding AS holds any rights to shares in Seadrill.
