Disclosure of Significant Shareholding in Sevan Drilling Limited.

In the name and on behalf FIL Limited, Pembroke Hall,

42 Crow Lane, Pembroke, HM19 Bermuda, (the "Investment

Manager") we hereby notify you pursuant to STA Chapter

4, Section 4-1 the following:

On 10 November 2015 the shares and rights to shares in

Sevan Drilling Limited (the "Company") attributable to

the Investment Manager crossed below the threshold of

5%. The threshold was crossed by means of sale of

9,000 shares.

As a consequence, the total shareholding deemed to be

held is 1,486,513 which represents 4.99% of the shares

outstanding and voting rights of the Company.

The shares and rights to shares are owned by the funds

listed on Schedule A and are managed by the designated

management companies which are undertakings controlled

by the Investment Manager.
