SEVDR - Disclosure of holdings

Funds managed by BHR Capital LLC ("BHR Capital") have

on 10 December 2014 disposed of 10,000,000 shares in

Sevan Drilling ASA ("Sevan Drilling"). Following such

sale, BHR Capital holds 19,731,219 shares,

representing 3.318271% of the outstanding shares and

votes in Sevan Drilling based on a total number of

outstanding shares in the company of 594,623,436.

BHR Capital does not hold any rights to shares in

Sevan Drilling.
