Hemen Holding Limited ("Hemen"), a company indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has settled Total Return Swap (TRS) agreements underlying 3,000,000 shares in Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill”) expiring March 6th, 2019 and subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement underlying the same number of shares 3,000,000. New expiry date is June 6th, 2019 and new TRS price is NOK 77.7621 per share. Hemen will have an affiliated ownership in Seadrill of 27,193,826 shares, equal to 27.19 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company, and hold TRS agreements with underlying exposure to 3,000,000 shares. Hemen does not hold other shares or rights to shares in Seadrill.
