Resolution to delist Seadrill Ltd. from Oslo Børs

The Oslo Stock Exchange has today passed the following resolution:

"The Oslo Stock Exchange considers that the shares and bonds of Seadrill Ltd. and related financial instruments are not suitable for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and has resolved to delist the financial instruments from trading, cf. section 15.1 of the Continuing Obligations and section 8.1 of the Bond Rules and section 25 (1) the Stock Exchange Act and section 3.1 of the Warrant and ETN rules, cf. section 15.1 of the Continuing Obligations.

The following financial instruments will therefore be delisted from Oslo Børs from 25 July 2018. Last day of listing will be 24 July 2018:

The shares of Seadrill Ltd. with ISIN BMG7945E1057

The bonds of Seadrill Ltd. with ISIN NO0010705791

The ETN BULL SDRL X2 ND with ISIN NO0010787849."
