Resolution to delist Sevan Drilling Ltd. from Oslo Børs

The Oslo Stock Exchange has today passed the following resolution:

"The Oslo Stock Exchange considers that the shares of Sevan Drilling Ltd. are not suitable for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and has resolved to delist the shares from trading, cf. section 15.1 of the Continuing Obligations and section 25 (1) the Stock Exchange Act.

The shares of Sevan Drilling Ltd. with ISIN BMG8070J1099 will therefore be delisted from Oslo Børs from 25 July 2018. Last day of listing will be 24 July 2018."
