Resolution to delist Sevan Drilling ASA from Oslo Børs

Oslo Børs has received an application from Sevan

Drilling ASA for delisting of the company's shares

from Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Continuing Obligations

section 15.1 (4) cf. Stock Exchange Act section 25

(1), Oslo Børs has on 25 June 2015 passed the

following resolution:

"The shares of Sevan Drilling ASA will be delisted

from Oslo Børs from 30 June 2015. Last day of listing

will be 29 June 2015. Resolution to delist Sevan

Drilling ASA from listing on Oslo Børs is conditional

upon the registration of the capital decrease in the

company in the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises in accordance with the plans after close

of trading on 29 June 2015."
