HAMILTON, BERMUDA, May 26, 2010 - Seadrill is scheduled to release its first

quarter 2010 results on Thursday May 27, 2010 before the start of trading on the

Oslo Stock Exchange.

In connection with the earnings release, a conference call/webcast will be held

as described below.

A conference call will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET time and 4:00 p.m. (Norwegian

time) on Thursday May 27, 2010. Please note that the Norway dial-in number for
