Hamilton, Bermuda, August 5(th), 2015 - Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill") advises

that its 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held on September 18, 2015. The

record date for voting at the Annual General Meeting has been set to July

24, 2014. The notice, agenda and associated material will be distributed prior

to the meeting.
