SDX announces that, owing to a logistical issue, its General Meeting that was to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 31 December 2024 at 38 Welbeck Street, London, W1G 8DP has been postponed.

When the new date of the General Meeting has been arranged, the Company will release a further announcement.
