Şirketimizin Yönetim Kurulu, 27.03.2025 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin Denetim Komitesinin 26.03.2025 tarihli toplantısında almış olduğu tavsiye kararının değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve 660 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararname ile bu kapsamda yürürlükte olan ikincil mevzuat uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının bağımsız denetime tabi tutulması ve ilgili diğer faaliyetlerin yerine getirilmesi için Şirketimizin bugüne kadar bağımsız denetimini gerçekleştiren RAM BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş.'nin Bağımsız Denetim Kuruluşu olarak görevlendirilmesine, konunun ilk Genel Kurul Toplantısında ortakların bilgisine sunulmasına, buna ilişkin özel durum açıklaması yapılmasına toplantıya katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the Board of Directors meeting of the Company held on 27.03.2025, following the evaluation of the recommendation decision made by the Audit Committee of the Company during its meeting on 26.03.2025, it was unanimously resolved by all participants to appoint RAM BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş., the independent audit firm that has conducted audits for the Company thus far, as the Independent Audit Institution, to present the matter to the shareholders at the upcoming General Assembly Meeting and to disclose it publicly. This appointment is intended for the independent audit of the company's financial reports for the accounting period of 2025 and for the fulfillment of other associated activities in accordance with the principles stipulated by the Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Markets Law, Decree Law No. 660, and the pertinent secondary legislation.
