Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası kanunu çerçevesinde   Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenen RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin; 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların denetlenmesi,  ANY Partners Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş .'nin ise Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak 2024 ve 2025 raporlarının zorunlu olması halinde sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi dâhil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere görevlendirilmesi 28.04.2025 tarihli Genel Kurulda kabul edildi.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Law, the General Assembly approved the appointment of RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., which was determined by the Board of Directors, to conduct the independent audit of the Company's financial statements for the fiscal year 2025. In addition, the General Assembly approved the appointment of ANY Partners Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. to provide complementary assurance and consultancy services, including but not limited to sustainability assurance audits, within the scope of the relevant regulations for the 2024 and 2025 accounting periods and if needed, in relation to the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority on 28.04.2025.
