In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") "Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" ("Communiqué"), we confirm the following regarding the Financial Statements and Activity Report for the period January 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, which were prepared by our Company and are in compliance with Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS/TFRS) and the formats specified by the CMB:

• a) We have reviewed the Financial Statements and Activity Report.
• b) Based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, these documents do not contain any material misstatements or deficiencies that could be misleading as of the date of this disclosure.
• c) We confirm that, to the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué accurately reflect the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, profit, and loss. Furthermore, the Activity Report provides a true and fair view of the Company's business development, performance, financial position, and the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
