SDI LIMITED CONFIRMS PROFIT EXPECTATIONS

SDI Limited, an Australian manufacturer and exporter of dental biotechnical materials, today announced that despite the global impact of SARS, war in Iraq, and the weakening of the USD to the AUD, the Company has achieved sales for the year ended 30 June 2003 to enable Directors to confidently expect that the earnings per share target of 22 cents will be achieved.

The Directors are confident that with the introduction of new products in the next financial year, this strong positive trend will continue in future years.

The company anticipates announcing its full financial results for the year ended 30 June 2003 on 25 August 2003.
