17 November 2025 - SDI Group plc, the buy and build group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, will announce unaudited half year results for the six months ended 31 October 2025 on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.

Investor Presentation

A webcast for retail investors will be held on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 at 2.00 p.m. GMT. The presentation will be hosted on the Investor Meet Company platform and is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. GMT the day before the meeting, or at any time during the live presentation.
