Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

14 November 2024 - SDI Group plc , the buy and build group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2024 on Thursday, 5 December 2024.

Investor presentation

Stephen Brown, Chief Executive Officer, and Amitabh Sharma, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a presentation and Q&A for investors and shareholders via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday, 5 December 2024 at 2.00 p.m.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. the day before, or at any time during the live presentation.
