DEALING BY DIRECTOR

Scientific Digital Imaging (AIM: SDI, "SDI" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted group that builds and sells scientific instruments based on digital imaging technology, predominantly for applications in the life sciences, was notified today that Ken Ford, Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 24 July 2013 for his personal pension fund at 16.5p per share.  Following this transaction Ken Ford holds a total of 375,000 shares which represents approximately 1.56% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
