Notice of AGM - change of venue

Scientific Digital Imaging's (AIM: SDI, "SDI" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted group that builds and sells scientific instruments based on digital imaging technology, announces that it has sent notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders advising that the AGM will be held at 11:00 am on 16 September 2013 at the new offices of Mills & Reeve, Botanic House, 100 Hills Road, Cambridge and not at Francis House, 112 Hills Road, Cambridge as previously announced.
