Director/PDMR Shareholding
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 5 December 2019, Marie Liston, Corporate Services Director, and George David Liston, a person closely associated with Marie Liston, each sold 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 225p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Marie Liston and persons closely associated with her are interested in 152,256 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
