Director/PDMR Shareholding

ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 23 May 2018, Marie Liston, Corporate Services Director, and George David Liston, a person closely associated with Marie Liston, each sold 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 208.314p per Ordinary Share.

Following the sale, Marie Liston and persons closely associated with her are interested in 172,256 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
