Director/PDMR Shareholding

ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has today been notified that on 12 July 2016, Keith Kay, a connected party of David Knight, Chief Executive of the Company, bought 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.35 per share (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction Mr Knight is interested in 1,476,958 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R and 3.1.4 R(1)(a).
