In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and letter A.a) of the Section II of the General Rule No. 486, and number 5.1.7 of the Section IV of the General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the “CMF”), hereby report as a Material Fact the following: On December 29, 2025, Scotiabank Chile (hereinafter, the “Bank”) carried-out a placement of three dematerialized and bearer bonds.

The specific conditions of the placements were as follow:

  • Series AC bonds, for a total amount of 18,000,000,000 chilean pesos (equivalent to approximately USD 19 million), maturing on June 30, 2030. The average placement rate of the securities was 5.73%. These bonds were charged to the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 20230006 dated September 6, 2023.

  • Series AD bonds, for a total amount of 5,000,000,000 chilean pesos (equivalent to approximately USD 5 million), maturing on June 30, 2031. The average placement rate of the securities was 5.81%. These bonds were charged to the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 20230006 dated September 6, 2023.

  • Series BL bonds, for a total amount of 100,000 unidades de fomento (equivalent to approximately USD 4 million), maturing on August 1, 2031. The average placement rate of the securities was 2.83%. These bonds were charged to the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 7.2021 dated September 23, 2021.
