CONTENTS

SciSparc Ltd. (the “Company”) is announcing that on August 26, 2021, its American Depositary Shares were mandatorily cancelled and are being exchanged for ordinary shares at a one-for-one ratio. The Company is currently working to have its ordinary shares quoted for trading on the OTC under the new ticker SPRCF, and will provide further updates as they are available. The CUSIP for the ordinary shares is M82618 105.
