Treasury shares issued
Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 3 November 2022 the Company issued 13,333 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,436,823. Science Group holds 749,051 shares in treasury and a further 104,400 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust. The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 45,332,423.
The figure of 45,332,423 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
