Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 13 October 2015, the Company issued 2,500 treasury shares at a price of 51.0 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,796,448. Science Group holds 1,265,587 shares in treasury.
