Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 28 July 2015 the Company issued 15,000 treasury shares at a price of 80.0 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 38,219,948. Science Group holds 3,842,087 shares in treasury.
