Total voting rights

The Company's total issued share capital (excluding treasuring shares) consists of 41,239,726 shares of 1 penny each.  Science Group holds 822,309 shares in treasury.  Of the total issued share capital, 104,400 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust and hence the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 41,135,326.

The figure of 41,135,326 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
