Sagentia Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 16 April 2015 the Company issued 5,000 treasury shares at a price of 80.0 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 38,174,948.  Sagentia holds 3,887,087 shares in treasury.
