Investment in Frontier Smart Technologies Group Limited

("Frontier")

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that today the Company purchased a further 1,485,000 ordinary shares in Frontier at a price of 30 pence per share.    

Following this announcement the Company holds a total of 11,510,521 ordinary shares in the capital of Frontier, equivalent to 28.3% per cent. of the voting share capital of Frontier.
