Executive Chair Share Purchase

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that it has been notified by Martyn Ratcliffe, Executive Chair of the Company, that on 16 August 2024 he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 450 pence per share for his SIPP.

Following this, Martyn Ratcliffe has an interest in 9,422,080 ordinary shares in the Company (being approximately 20.73% of the issued share capital excluding treasury shares).  All other Directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company remain unchanged and as previously announced.
