Board Change

Sagentia Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that further to the announcement on 12 November 2013, Rebecca Hemsted has been appointed as Finance Director with effect from 27 January 2014.  Neil Elton has resigned from the Board with effect from 14 February 2014.  Mr Elton will remain on the Board until that date to ensure an orderly handover to Ms Hemsted.
