Board Change and Trading Update

After three years at Sagentia, Neil Elton, Finance Director, has notified the Board of his intention to leave the company to pursue a new challenge.  Mr Elton joined Sagentia in August 2010 and has made a significant contribution to the turnaround and development of the Group.  The Board wish him well for the future.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms Rebecca Anne Hemsted (32) is to be appointed as Finance Director to replace Mr Elton.  Ms Hemsted is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Physics from the University of Oxford.  She qualified at Deloitte where she spent six years including three years in New Zealand.  Ms Hemsted is currently Business Finance Partner for the Managed Services Business of RM plc.

It is anticipated that the transition will occur early in the New Year and an orderly handover will be undertaken.  Any outstanding notice period under Mr Elton's contract of employment will be paid upon completion of the transition.

Save for the information disclosed in this announcement, there is no further information required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.

Trading Update

Trading in the second half of the current financial year has reflected the Board's expectations at the time of the Interim Results.  Performance for the year to 31 December 2013 is therefore anticipated to be in line with the upgrade at that time.  The integration of OTM Consulting Limited, acquired on 8 July 2013, is progressing satisfactorily.
