Result of Annual General Meeting

Sagentia Group plc (AIM:SAG) reports that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions put to shareholders, including the special resolution concerning the change of Company name, were duly passed.

As a result, the Company's name will be changed to Science Group plc with effect from 1 July 2015.
